Yesterday, Shematic took part in a workshop organized by B-inspired Partners Sàrl to build a strong team and define its internal communication plan.
We not only better understood each team member’s profile, but we had a lot of fun. After assessing the strengths and areas for improvement of each collaborator, we had to create an identity for each of us based on our personality. Results were… creative 😆.
